Please follow my mixing notes to ensure that they are followed accordingly to ensure the best quality delivered.

I will start the mix only once you have sent a deposit of the quoted price.

Duration for mixing: in general, at least 1 - 2 weeks. The duration may increase with more people and more complicated mixes.

I will allow 3 revisions at most. (Starts from when I deliver a mix titled “Demo”)

To ensure protection of my work and avoid people from not paying after the project is completed or started, I will ask for a deposit of half the total price billed before starting on the project.

If you’d like a rush/priority spot, an additional $15 fee will be charged.

Billing will be done after files have been reviewed and an E-Receipt will be given only when asked.

Please credit me (with my YT channel link AND my commissions carrd!) once you have published the finished work! :)

You will need to provide a link to the instrumental, reference mix, audios in a folder or at least a one-message link for me to download easily. [Note: depending on the link, I may choose a different one or filter/mix a different one myself]

Please send your vocal files in MONO, WAV (preferred), 41000/48000Hz

Strictly no effects (No reverb, no echo, no autotune, no noise gate etc) should be submitted with the raw files.

Leave a few seconds before and after lines are recorded. Do NOT apply a noise gate or any noise removal.

Strictly separate any overlapping audio into different files. I prefer to have a different file altogether for Solos (+Alls if no overlaps), Doubles, High Harmonies, Low Harmonies, etc. Adlibs can be mixed into Solos file if they are not overlapping.

Name your files as such: (Initial of Person)_(Type of File). Example N_MAINS / LE_DBL / M_MAINS+ALLS

Do not record in your bathroom.

If there are any lines that would need you to shout / high notes - please check your files to ensure that there are no clippings/distorted audio.

If you’re not recording from a professional/good microphone, please keep in mind that there are limitations of what I can do for you :)

Maintain at least a thumb & a forefinger-long distance from your microphone to avoid harsh breaths & winds.

Please find a place where there is not much room echo when you record, and have a lot of soft items around that can absorv natural reverb - for example a closet.

If there are any lines that would need you to shout / high notes - adjust your gain accordingly.

Record a few takes before you finish recording so you can get the best of your abilities shown!

Always record/provide doubles in case there are some problems in your solo lines
